Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

2. Cancellations by the Participant We understand that plans can change. However, as we deal with fresh flowers and materials specifically grown or procured for you, the following terms apply:

    1. More than 14 days before the workshop: You are entitled to a full refund (minus a £10 administration fee)
    2. Less than 14 days before the workshop: We are unable to offer a refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person, please email hello@andymonaghan.co.uk with the name change

3. Non-Attendance Failure to attend the workshop without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee. We cannot provide materials or “DIY kits” for collection after the event has passed if you did not attend.

4. Cancellations by Us In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop (e.g., due to tutor illness, insufficient numbers, or venue issues):

    1. You will be notified as soon as possible via the email provided at booking.
    2. You will receive a 100% full refund.

Please note that we are not liable for any third-party costs, such as pre-booked travel or accommodation.
